Fill out the returns slip included in your original parcel, clearly stating whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.

Pack Your Items

Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit back to the club.

Post Your Parcel

Send your return via a tracked service to the Hull FC Retail Department; please retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Processing & Refund

Once received at the MKM Stadium or our warehouse, our team will inspect the goods and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days.
