Can I return a personalized item?

Items that have been personalized with custom name and number printing cannot be returned or exchanged unless the garment is found to be faulty. We strongly recommend checking the size guide before confirming your personalization details.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship Hull FC merchandise worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at the checkout stage based on your location.

How should I care for my official replica kit?

To preserve the quality of the technical fabrics and crests, we recommend washing your kit inside out at 30°C. Do not use fabric softener, and avoid tumble drying or ironing directly onto the printed sponsors or heat-transferred logos.

Can I collect my online order from the MKM Stadium retail store?

Yes, we offer a 'Click & Collect' service. You will receive a notification email once your order is ready for pickup at our official retail store located at the MKM Stadium.

What happens if a match-day item is out of stock?

Our high-demand items, including limited edition training wear, may sell out quickly. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications on the product page to be alerted if a restock occurs.
